A passionate explorer with roots in the Caribbean and a heart for discovery, Marie has journeyed through Europe, Japan, Iceland and home gathering inspiration from the diverse flavors, textures, and traditions she encountered along the way.
What began as a creative outlet in her Aston, Pennsylvania kitchen has grown into a boutique charcuterie business grounded in elegance, warmth, and intention.
